Communication is converging towards telepathy

I’d like to make two trend observations:

1) Communication is converging towards telepathy Phones are becoming increasingly smaller: today ultrasmall bluetooth headsets, tomorrow ear implants? IM clients let us always know what are friends are up to. Where is this leading? I would say a state close to telepathy.

2) Time is becoming less important When we were neanderthals, time wasn’t that important. Sure, seasons were important but who cared if you came 20 minutes late to a meeting? In the new communication age, I think we will return to that state a little. No need to set up time and place for a meeting, when you can immediately see if your meeting partner is available.
