New descaling setup:
<ul>
<li>1.5 l water tank with 1 bag descaling powder, or 50 ml descaling solution. Gaggia recommends entire bottle of 250 ml.</li>
<li>Pour 1 glass, then wait 15-20 min (first time only, then 3 min, turn off machine each time; no heat-up) with descaling solution in machine.</li>
<li>Repeat with 3 min wait periods until completed. Note: alternate with steam spout.</li>
<li>Use screw tool (image below) to remove filter and steam spout nozzle.</li>
<li>Rinse system with 1 l water.</li>
<li>Note: never remove glass/bowl from main spout, even when cleaning steam spout.</li>
